Babaco fruit takes 9 months to ripen, just in time for smoothie season. Very juicy but quite a tart flavour.Great combined with bananas and other usual smoothie stuff. Such an easy Home Garden fruit to grow. Fits into a small space. Tolerates shade. Follow Edible Eden Design on Instagram
