White Sapotes developing on Lina’s tree at

White Sapotes developing on Lina’s tree at Mine are a little smaller although my tree is much larger and older. Hers are fruiting on quite a small tree, maybe 2.5 m high. These trees get big! They seem to need a lot of water to fruit, which is why I’ve hardly ever had fruit. I’ve taken the chicken run away from mine so it can get more water so here’s hoping. They ripen in winter in Melbourne and taste like vanilla custard. Mmm
