At our ‘Wild Foods in the City’ class today @saraweats has wowed us again with her raw vegan amazingness combined with our homegrown native herbs. Cinnamon Myrtle and Chocolate, topped with native Violet flowers; Strawberry Gum and Lime topped with Red Centre Lime & Cinnamon Myrtle and cardamom topped with Sunset Lime. Served up with tea tastings of Aniseed Myrtle or Strawberry Gum. And we got to learn about the easy to grow native food plants in Gunyah Garden.
