If you’re lucky enough to have Chokos, you may not know how to cook them. They are as versatile as they are prolific! Here’s my favourites – 1. Peel, slice thinly and add to Asian stir fries, they have a wonderful crunchy texture 2. Peel, slice a bit more thickly, dip in batter and fry in a bit of olive oil. Eat hot or cold. 3. Peel, cut into chunks, steam lightly and add to any vegetable dish – eg pasta sauce, casseroles 4. Peel, cut into large chunks and include with roasted vegies or with roast meat.
